Wireless Energy Sensor Terminals

The 1-way transmitter with sensor clamp is used in our 1-way energy monitors and 2-way energy monitoring and control systems. The sensor clamp collects the current under consumption by fixing around the live wire or the null line. The transmitter sends the collected data wirelessly to the 1-way energy monitor or 2-way energy controller.

    We have three kinds of sensor clamps to meet different diameter of wires: 10mm, 18mm and 25mm.

1) 1-way transmitter with sensor clamp

The 1-way transmitter with sensor clamp is used in our 1-way energy monitors and 2-way energy monitoring and control systems. The sensor clamp collects the current under consumption by fixing around the live wire or the null line. The transmitter sends the collected data wirelessly to the 1-way energy monitor or 2-way energy controller.

We have three kinds of sensor clamps to meet different diameter of wires: 10mm, 18mm and 25mm.

For 3-phase, the transmitter need to be installed with 3pcs sensor clamps:

In some cases, the meter is placed in metal cabinet, which will shield the wireless signal. Our transmitter with exterior antenna is developed to solve this problem. The antenna can be extended to the outside of the metal box so that there is no shielding of wireless signal.

 

2) 1-way transmitter with optical IMP reader

The 1-way transmitter with optical IMP reader can be used in our 1-way energy monitors. The LED sensor collects the data of energy consumption by reading the optical flashing speed of the meter. The transmitter sends the collected data wirelessly to the 1-way energy monitor.

 

 

3) 2-way Sensor Plug Socket

The 2-way sensor plug socket detects the energy consumption status of its load and transmits such information to the controller via 433MHz transmission so that the controller can monitor the load’s energy consumption. At the same time, the 2-way sensor plug socket receives and executes the commands from the controller wirelessly to switch on/off its load.

The 2-way sensor plug sockets are used for appliances by simply working between the power supply socket and the appliances. The installation of the sensor plug sockets is very easy, just plug the sensor plug socket into the power supply socket near the appliance then use the sensor plug sockets to provide power for the appliances.

Right now we have sensor sockets available for US, UK, European, Italian, Australian standard.

The 2-way sensor sockets for our centralized energy management system are with repeater function, easy to establish and expand the management network.

1-way sensor sockets are also available (without remote control function).

 

4) 2-way RF switch

The 2-way RF switch detects the energy consumption status of its load and transmits such information to the controller via 433MHz transmission so that the controller can monitor the load’s energy consumption. At the same time, the 2-way RF switch receives and executes the commands from the controller wirelessly to switch on/off its load.

The 2-way RF switch is with the similar function of the 2-way sensor sockets. But the 2-way RF switches are used to monitor or remote control the lightings or appliances that don't have plug for power supply. The RF switches need to be installed on the power supply line of the target lightings (or appliances), this will request an electrician to do the installation.

The 2-way RF switches for our centralized energy management system are with repeater function, easy to establish and expand the management network.
